La Quinta by Wyndham DFW Airport West - Bedford

The room was modern with a microwave and mini fridge! The beds were very comfortable and soft in the TV had many channels to choose from. The bathroom was clean with the exception of the tub, It seemed a bit dingy. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely stay here again when we visit Dallas it isn’t a good location that’s close to the airport as well as restaurants and other attractions. I chose this location because it was close to my brother-in-law‘s home the breakfast is complementary they had eggs and sausage, cold cereal, oatmeal, coffee, tea, orange juice and apple juice, bagels biscuits, and sausage gravy. I was very impressed with this hotel, and would definitely recommend.

The staff was amazing!! Jana was absolutely wonderful. I made a mistake with my dates of reservation but she helped me work it out without hesitation. Then on her day off she called in to make sure the staff had me taken care of!! The whole place was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was pretty darn good!! Dogs are very much welcomed by the whole staff not just tolerated. Anytime we are doing anything within a 30 minute drive we will be staying here!

Breakfast was decent, room was clean and comfortable, clean towels and so was the room heater and ac. The peace and quite, the parking space all were perfect, i would say overall a very nice place to stay

Very friendly staff. Due to bad weather conditions lots of flights were cancelled at DFW and there were lots of people trying to check in at once. The person at the desk handled this extremely well and was very courteous and helpful both checking guests in and answering phone calls despite being overwhelmed. Will definitely be back to this location when I’m in town for work.

WOW!!!who ever trained the staff deserves a raise. Isa who checked us in was very nice explained breakfast.shuttle 'pool laundry and was happy to be there,breakfast was fresh and lady in the purple shirt was pleasant and kept every clean and well stocked,the hotel and room smelled clean and lobby was always spotless.every employee i came in contact with was well kept,friendly,and always wiping down coffee station and refilling,shuttle driver and front desk gal went above and beyond to get hubby from the airport after he went to the wrong hotel excellent costumer service from all employees. keep up the good work
